Is there a parser?

Yes, and it is larger than it used to be: contraction expansion, pronoun reflection with a grammar net, ranked decomposition rules, an affect lexicon, theme scoring, a case file that catches contradictions, a utility-scored technique planner, doctrine template banks, a fourteen-knob style transducer, and, at the bottom of the stack, an interpreter running a reconstruction of Weizenbaum's 1966 DOCTOR script. It is not an LLM. It is regular expressions in a waistcoat, now with a roster.
